We’ve been using Travis as our realtor for years, both for our personal needs and for our business which is flipping houses. We can’t say enough about his professionalism and expertise. He provided us with insight, his good taste, and his realty experience, and we worked as a team to make the right decisions. His suggestions were always appreciated. About a week prior to listing, he arranged to have the main floor of the home staged. The result was simply stunning, the transformation was classy, yet homey and very welcoming. We were thrilled. Shortly thereafter, Mitch arranged for a photo shoot, including some amazing photos, but also a video of in and outdoors, including an aerial overview of the immediate area with a drone. The result was a really nice piece of art.
We were finally ready to put the home on the market, and we were hit with covid restraints. Mitch went into high gear and ensured that all viewings were private, And that the proper masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers were provided. It was not ideal, but it worked as the showings continued. He was prepared to provide virtual tours if need be, but that was never required, but a back up option just the same, which eased our minds considerably as well.
The real estate market was challenging early covid days but Mitch was always available, went above and beyond, and continued to persevere during those tough market days. Considering all of the circumstances, the home sold in record time. We were so pleased with the buyers, the experience and the final result.
